What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at dilkari.label@gmail.com with your order details.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. A ₹99 shipping charge applies to COD orders across India, except for orders within our local delivery radius. Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,200.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India. Local delivery orders within the Indirapuram, Ghaziabad area may arrive sooner.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Delivery: ₹99 across India for orders below ₹1,000. Free shipping on orders of ₹1,000 and above. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 shipping charge for COD orders below ₹1,200. Free shipping on COD orders of ₹1,200 and above.

Local Delivery: Free delivery within our 10 km local delivery radius covering the Indirapuram, Ghaziabad area.

How do I find the right size?

We recommend referring to our Size Chart before placing your order. Use your child's chest width as the primary guide. If your child is between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a comfortable fit. Our cotton kidswear comes in a relaxed fit and may also suit younger or older children, depending on their height and build.
